Tania Matos is a chartered Physiotherapist practicing since 2011, after graduating from King’s College London.
During the last few years Tania has specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy with an interest in persistent pain (including back and neck pain), sports injuries and Women’s health.
With a background in the performing arts, Tania uses movement techniques in the rehabilitation of injuries and improvement of skills such as flexibility, resilience and endurance in order to prevent future injuries. Tania also uses manual therapy, soft tissue release and Acupuncture to help manage pain.
During the past 7 years Tania has taught Pilates, including Antenatal and Postnatal, having trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).
