Physiotherapist BSc (Hons) MCSP
Tania Matos is a chartered Physiotherapist, having graduated from King’s College London in 2011.
During the last few years Tania has specialised in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy with a keen interest in persistent pain (including back and neck pain), sports injuries and Women’s health.
With a background in the performing arts, Tania uses movement techniques from her training in the rehabilitation of injuries and improvement of skills such as flexibility, resilience and endurance in order to prevent future injuries. Tania also uses manual techniques, soft tissue release and Acupuncture to help manage pain.
During the past 6 years Tania has taught Pilates, including Antenatal and Postnatal, having trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).
