Tania Matos is a physiotherapist with a background in dance and theatre. She completed her Physiotherapy training at King’s College London and has a BA in Dance Studies by the College of Human Kinetics in Lisbon. She also completed a Professional Diploma in Theatre Acting, where she studied Movement with Mestre Georges Stobbart, who inspired her to continue exploring new techniques to find the perfect balance between mind and body, through yoga, Aikido and meditation.
Trained by the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), Tania teaches a Pilates fusion that integrates Pilates exercises, dance techniques and yoga stretches. She is also a qualified Ante and Post Natal Pilates instructor.
