It can be daunting to return to exercise after giving birth, but with the right guidance it is safe and easy. Your body has gone through many changes through pregnancy, and now is trying to find a new balance.
These Post Natal Pilates classes are gentle enough to start as early as 6 weeks after uncomplicated deliveries. They include gentle pelvic floor exercises and low impact pilates exercises with a light aerobic component.
